How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account to track your recent online Mid American Pompon, Inc. order.
We ship orders via UPS and USPS.
What do I do if my tracking information is missing?
Please sign in to your account and check your order history to determine if tracking information is available. If it has been within 24-48 business hours of placing your online order, tracking information may not yet be available.
If no tracking information is available after 5 business days please email teamsales@pompon.com.
Shipping Options and Rates
Please allow 48 business hours for order processing. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be received Monday, and processed within 48 hours. Actual delivery time will vary depending on the date your order is received, your location, and product availability. Delivery times refer only to Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. All customized items require 4 - 6 weeks production after processing and approval time, plus shipping.
Shipping to PO, FPO, APO, or DPO boxes
We are unable to ship to PO, FPO, APO, or DPO boxes.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Please note that shipments arriving to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to longer transit times due to the carrier or location of the station.
Shipping Internationally
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally. We are currently able to ship to addresses within the 50 United States.
