ALMA COLLEGE SUMMER CAMP
*This registration is for Alma College Camp 1: June 18-21!*
- Camp 2: Alma College / June 25- 28
- Camp 3: Northwood University / July 7-10
Note: All camps will be limited to 19 teams. Registration will close when that number is reached.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure that your attendee count is correct before registering as no adjustments to the camp count will be allowed once your team registers!
Pre-reg. opens Monday, April 20 and closes Monday, Monday, May 4 at 5pm
Deposit Amount: $100 per camper + coach
Pre-registration deposit will hold a spot for each pommer and coach on your team at the camp session of your choice. Full payment will be due 4 weeks prior to the start of your camp session. The pre-registration deposit is credited toward this total.
Pre-registration Pay Methods: Credit card, check or school PO can be used for pre-registration. For final payments, a check or school PO must be used!
Official registration opens: Tuesday, May 5 at 9am
Registration Cost: Your deposit will be put towards your final total and you will be sent an invoice for the balance.

- Night before arrival: additional $75/attendee
- $300/commuter (team members + coaches)
Final Payment Details:
- Final payments can be made by check or school PO only. No credit card payments will be accepted.
- Full payment will be due 3 weeks prior to the start of your camp session.
Final Payment Due Dates:
- Camp #1 final payment: Thursday, May 21
- Camp #2 final payment: Thursday, May 28
- Camp #3 final payments: Tuesday, June 9
Important Payment Note:
If your team is paying their registration with a PO, ensure the PO has been completed and payment has been physically received by Mid American Pompon on or before the above due date. A $20 per camper late fee will be assessed on the day following your respective due date. This fee will continue to be re-assessed for each subsequent day your team is late. Late payment may result in your team losing its place at your desired camp session. Please ensure timely payments!
